I am a dance historian working in and through research, curatorial theory projects, teaching and dance/perfromance dramaturgy. In all of these practices, the principles guiding my work are constant learning and unlearning, pluralising partial perspectives, interrogating the impacts of format on thought and ideas, negotiating strategic choices within ethical positionings, and understanding aesthetics as cultural markers.
I am currently employed as theory curator at Tanzquartier Wien and post-doctoral researcher at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.
